Booking & Service Policies Appointment Reservations Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward your treatment unless otherwise specified. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment. Appointments adjusted within this window will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full. Future bookings may require prepayment. ⸻ Mobile Concierge Experience Aluzia Aesthetics offers a refined, in-home concierge service designed for your comfort and convenience. A mobile service fee is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable, as it reserves travel time and preparation for your appointment. Appointments outside the standard service area may incur an additional travel fee. To ensure a seamless experience, appointment locations are finalized at the time of booking and cannot be changed within 48 hours. For group bookings, adjustments to the mobile fee may be considered. ⸻ Payment Any remaining balance is due at the time of service. We accept major payment methods and offer flexible payment options. ⸻ Consultation & Medical Clearance (GFE) A consultation and medical clearance are required prior to treatment. This fee is non-refundable and does not apply toward treatment, as it is collected by the medical provider. ⸻ Signature Events & Exclusive Offerings All event bookings are final and non-refundable. Event pricing, offerings, and amenities are thoughtfully curated and exclusive to the scheduled event date. These cannot be transferred to private or rescheduled appointments. ⸻ Treatment Results Results typically begin to appear within 3–7 days, with full results visible at approximately 14 days. Touch-ups, if needed, will be assessed within the appropriate timeframe and may involve an additional fee. ⸻ Client Care Aluzia Aesthetics reserves the right to decline treatment if it is not in the client’s best interest or if policies are not respected.
